Senor Assembly Technician

We're hiring a Sensor Assembly Technician for our Cypress, TX  area client! We are looking for experienced, dependable machine operators with a strong background in steel plate burning who are ready to interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Sensor Assembly Tech
Location: Cypress, TX 77429
Schedule: M-F 6AM-2:30PM
Pay: $19/hr
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties:

• Assemble sensor assemblies and electronic components according to specifications.
• Assemble sensor subassemblies, including pre-preamps, cells, and transmitters.
• Assemble RFI and surge protector products.
• Pot sensor assemblies and wireless assemblies.
• Install and precisely align circuit boards into stainless-steel housings.
• Solder wires onto small connectors and components.
• Use small hand tools to assemble and secure components.
• Operate automated assembly and production equipment.
• Inspect assemblies for proper alignment, workmanship, and quality.
• Follow work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or electronics experience preferred.
• Ability to work with small parts and electronic components.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to use small hand tools.
• Basic soldering experience preferred; must be willing to learn.
• Ability to operate automated machinery after training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise assembly.
• Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and quality procedures.
