The Talent Marketing team is on a mission to position our bank as an employer of choice. We connect our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to real, lived experiences, and we need a talented Content Writer to help craft the stories that define our culture.
In this role, you will amplify our talent brand through both long- and short-form content. You will dive deep into content development, channel optimization, and brand consistency to turn story leads and business goals into compelling narratives. From conducting associate interviews and writing long-form articles to drafting "snackable" social copy, you will showcase what makes working here unique. Additionally, you will act as a key editor, ensuring all team output meets AP-style, editorial, and brand standards.
Human-Centric Storytelling: Partner with the Talent Marketing team to interview associates and subject matter experts, bringing authentic, people-focused stories to life.
Content Creation & Adaptation: Write clear, accessible, and high-quality digital copy tailored for various platforms and different stages of the candidate journey.
Compliance & Quality Control: Manage the approval loop by collaborating with Legal, Talent, and Brand partners to move assets efficiently from draft to publication.
SEO & Discoverability: Apply SEO best practices to ensure our content reaches the right audiences and stands out in a crowded market.
Brand Guardianship: Champion our brand voice by ensuring all copy is simple, consistent, and strictly adheres to AP-style guidelines.
Market Insights: Stay curious about emerging content trends and conduct competitive research to keep our talent brand ahead of the curve.

Bachelor’s degree OR military experience.
At least 1 year of professional experience in content creation, copywriting, corporate communications, journalism, or mass communications.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience specializing in long-form copywriting.
Proven experience writing for SEO optimization.
Prior experience writing within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
