This role combines deep functional WFM expertise with strong IT project management capabilities to deliver system transformation, labor optimization, and operational excellence across distribution center operations. The position requires ownership of enterprise-level initiatives including requirements gathering, system design support, end-to-end testing, and stakeholder alignment across HR, IT, Operations, and Finance.ResponsibilitiesOwn separation related requirements through build activities related to end-to-end workforce management processes including forecasting, scheduling, and labor analyticsLead large-scale system initiatives of ADP to Dayforce transitionTranslate business needs into structured requirements for system configuration and developmentOperate independently to solve complex problemsInfluence cross-functional partners to drive outcomesKey ResponsibilitiesSystem Transition & IT Project Leadership (ADP Dayforce)Lead business readiness activities supporting migration from ADP to DayforceCollect and validate business requirementsPartner with IT, HRIS, Operations, and vendors to translate requirements into solutionsTesting & Quality AssuranceUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)End-to-end system testingSmoke testing and validationProvide post go live hypercare supportProject & Program ManagementManage multiple separation initiatives with timelines and deliverablesTrack risks, dependencies, and milestonesProvide structured updates to leadershipStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationServe as liaison between Operations, HR, IT, and FinanceCommunicate system changes clearlyAssist with training support for impacted employeesPresent updates to senior leadershipRequired Qualifications5+ years Workforce Management experience or HR IT related PM experienceExperience supporting WFM system implementationsStrong business requirements gathering skillsExperience with UAT, end-to-end testing, and smoke testingStrong project management skillsAdvanced analytical skillsAbility to travel 30%Preferred QualificationsExperience with ADP Workforce Management and/or DayforceExperience in distribution center operationsCross-functional program experienceWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to successfully transitioning workforce management capabilities from ADP to Dayforce while enabling future-state capabilities that improve labor efficiency and decision making.Compensation & BenefitsWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range for this position is $85,500 - $142,500 and may vary based on performance, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, other compensation such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
