Tasks
Daily kitchen set-up and operation include rendering duck fat, packing out rendered duck fat, and marinating product daily.
Daily record keeping of operations and the ability to use FIFO when handling materials
Understanding and utilizing appropriate OAW’s, Product Specifications, and BOM’s
Use tools as designated by management to prepare product or production tasks.
Tend to assembly lines, performing tasks as needed to support the process flow.
Grading and inspecting product
Packing products as directed by management.
Prepare product for packing and freezing.
May perform other tasks as determined by the production supervisor
May need to help with line change overs
Keep work area clean and general cleanup of production area
Move pallets & skids; verify counts on pallets & skids
