Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Serious Litigation Partner to join our premier law firm. The successful candidate will have extensive experience handling high-stakes litigation matters, providing strategic legal counsel, and leading complex cases through to resolution. This role requires exceptional courtroom skills, client management abilities, and a proven track record of success in serious litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including commercial disputes, class actions, product liability, and white-collar defense.
• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Represent clients in federal and state courts, arbitration, and other dispute resolution forums.
• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of litigation matters, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all litigation-related issues.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Participate in business development activities, including client pitches, networking events, and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the state of New York or Washington, DC.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in high-stakes litigation, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Exceptional courtroom skills and extensive trial experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Proven business development and client relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling complex commercial litigation, class actions, product liability, and white-collar defense.
• Recognized expertise in specific areas of litigation, such as securities litigation, intellectual property disputes, or antitrust matters.
• Strong connections within the legal and business communities and active participation in relevant professional organizations.
