Position Overview


The Server provides excellent customer service in the Café Zone by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly dining experience.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Greet and serve guests promptly and with a positive attitude.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

  • Deliver meals and drinks to tables in a timely manner.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café dining area.

  • Assist with preparing tables for guests, including setups for parties and events.

  • Handle payments, process transactions, and provide accurate change/receipts.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction.

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

  • Report directly to the Café Manager/Park Manager.

Requirements


  • Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred (but not required).

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

  • Physically able to stand for long periods and carry trays/plates.
