SERVER Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper course timing
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle requests or complaints professionally
- Prepare itemized checks and process payments
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Utilized for events as needed
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) - Previous experience as a server preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry trays with food and drinks
- Knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and allergens
- Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays
