Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist with menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
