Job Description:
Our client is a global technology consulting and digital transformation organization delivering enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and IT solutions to organizations across multiple industries.
They are seeking an Infrastructure Server Administrator to support and manage enterprise server environments, storage platforms, virtualization technologies, and related infrastructure. This position combines day-to-day operational support with infrastructure projects, technology planning, and systems administration.
The ideal candidate enjoys both hands-on technical work and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Server & Infrastructure Administration
  • Administer and support enterprise Windows and Linux server environments
  • Build, deploy, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers
  • Manage storage environments and SAN infrastructure
  • Monitor server performance, capacity, and system health
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, operating system, and database issues
  • Perform server installations, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
  • Rack and install hardware as required
Infrastructure Projects:
  • Support enterprise infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
  • Coordinate requirements with technical and business stakeholders
  • Evaluate and recommend infrastructure technologies
  • Assist with infrastructure standardization and process improvement
  • Develop migration plans for hardware and software refresh initiatives
Disaster Recovery & Operations:
  • Design, maintain, and test disaster recovery processes
  • Monitor storage utilization and forecast future capacity needs
  • Support backup and recovery environments
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance, change management activities, and occasional after-hours support
Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Present technical recommendations to IT leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and project teams
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff
  • Support future infrastructure resource planning and coordination
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise server environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience administering Windows and/or Linux servers
  • Knowledge of server architecture and enterprise infrastructure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Preferred Technical Experience
Experience with some or all of the following:
  • VMware virtualization
  • Enterprise storage and SAN technologies (EMC, NetApp, or similar)
  • Backup solutions such as Symantec NetBackup
  • Cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
  • Infrastructure monitoring tools (Nagios, Cacti, or similar)
  • Jira or comparable IT service management tools
  • Active Directory and Windows infrastructure
  • Basic networking concepts
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Additional Information
  • Onsite position located in Clarksville, TN
  • Occasional domestic and international travel required
  • Occasional weekend and after-hours support as part of scheduled maintenance and change management activities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with enterprise networking environments
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Additional technical certifications
  • Bilingual English/Korean is a plus but not required
