Key Responsibilities:
  • Remote server administration using RDP and out-of-band tools (IPMI / iDRAC / iLO).
  • Nutanix infrastructure operations, including Prism, VM, cluster, and node management.
  • Windows Server administration and service troubleshooting.
  • Active Directory user, group, and access management using RSAT tools.
  • File server administration and NTFS/share permission management.
  • SQL Server operational support, including service monitoring via SSMS.
  • Virtualization awareness with primary focus on Nutanix and supportlevel knowledge of VMware ESXi/vCenter.
  • IT Service Management using ServiceNow, including ticket handling and queue management.
  • Basic networking troubleshooting (ping, tracert, firewall, and connectivity checks).
  • Server documentation, asset tracking, and coordination with hardware vendors.
