POSITION SUMMARY:

As a server, you truly care about providing a memorable and hospitable experience. You are welcoming and accommodating with the ability to educate our guests and guide their experience to create lasting memories. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. You work quickly, love being part of a team and are capable of solving problems in stride.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our guests
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to guests and promote menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure guest satisfaction 
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.

WORK PREPARNESS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a loud and fast-paced environment
• TABC and Food Handler certified, or willing to obtain certification upon hire.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly with the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Proper slip-resistant footwear must be worn at all times while on duty.
