Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of restaurant, hotel, resort, or serving experience preferred
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit or applicable certification required, where applicable by jurisdiction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest service mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional hospitality
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Working knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift and perform physical aspects of service duties
- Flexible availability including AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet the minimum age requirements established by applicable laws and regulations
