Prep Cook Responsibilities:
Follow recipes and prep lists accurately
Prepare ingredients (chopping, slicing, portioning, etc.)
Assist with basic cooking and kitchen tasks as needed
Keep kitchen stocked, clean, and organized
Support line cooks during busy service times
Experienced servers need to friendly and pleasant at tables and to coworkers. Side work to include some dust and cleaning of section plus restocking to go items. Must break down work areas and clean them properly. Polish and roll all silver at end of shift.
