The Server Assistant supports front-of-house operations by assisting with food and beverage service to ensure a smooth dining experience for members and guests.
Reporting to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager, they help with setting up, cleaning, and supporting service tasks.
Responsibilities include delivering food and drinks promptly, maintaining cleanliness, greeting guests, assisting with member requests, and supporting special events.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, prior F&B experience, relevant certifications, excellent communication skills, and physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs.
The role requires flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays, and adherence to safety and service standards.
Additional duties may be assigned to support club operations.
