This role reports to the General Manager or Department Manager and focuses on delivering an enjoyable dining experience through quality customer service.
Responsibilities include adhering to policies, setting up and cleaning the dining area, taking and serving orders, managing payments via POS, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
Qualifications include hospitality knowledge, effective communication, reliable transportation, basic computer skills, and food safety certification.
Physical requirements involve prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
This position does not have supervisory duties. The goal is to foster guest satisfaction and teamwork in a professional environment.
