The Server Assistant is responsible for providing professional, customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable.

Key Duties & Responsibilities\u202f
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging services in all dining outlets\u202f
Strong familiarity with all food and beverage offerings, staying up to date on all menu changes and seasonal offerings\u202f
Always be attentive to guest preferences, allergies, and food restrictions, providing appropriate food and beverage suggestions\u202f
Make suggestions to guests that are appropriate to and may enhance their experience\u202f
Always remain guest-focused and promote exceptional guest experiences\u202f
Organize table settings, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness across outlets
Support restaurant team with daily operations as required
Ensure workstations are organized and stocked
Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with the Food & Beverage regulations\u202f\u202f
Responsible for the handling of all equipment and supplies\u202f
Constructively cooperate with other serving specialists and the kitchen department to ensure quality service\u202f
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages in accordance with company recipes and customer preferences
Follow directions from F&B Management to ensure exceptional guest service\u202f
Promote a team-oriented environment by demonstrating strong communication and assistance with all F&B colleagues\u202f\u202f
Perform any side-work or any other duties as assigned by management\u202f

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements\u202f\u202f
Minimum of 1-year experience in a service role, preferably in a 5-star resort environment\u202f
Experience with Micros is preferred\u202f
Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills\u202f
Excellent ability to work in a supportive team environment\u202f
Montana state approved TIPS certification
Food Handler's certification
