Server Assistant (Busser)

Shinsei restaurant is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our service team. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a quick-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.

• Competitive compensation. In addition to the hourly listed above, server assistants also get a tip out from the service staff. Total pay (hourly wages + tips_ is typically between $15 and $20 per hour.
  
• Part-time and full-time positions available. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements:

• Assist servers in keeping up with guest needs
  
• Help maintain cleanliness in and around the restaurant;
  
• Willingness to work as a team, and receive coaching to further job performance
  
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and carry a tray
