Job Summary: The Server Assistant will support the wait staff by setting up tables, delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Set up tables with all necessary utensils and glassware before guests are seated
- Assist servers in delivering food orders to tables
- Refill drinks and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Clear tables of dishes and utensils after guests finish their meals
- Assist in cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
- Work with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food to tables
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
