We are looking for a Server Assistant to join the team at ROOP. You will be trained to be both a busser and a runner and will get a mix of shifts in those roles.Job Duties Include: Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accuratelyMaking sure all plates are consistently plated and garnished and alerting chefs of any issues.Assisting in bussing tables and clearing platesGreeting and pouring water for guests when they arrive and throughout their dinner.Table maintenance throughout their dinner making sure we are picking up dirty plates and keeping the table clean immaculateSwitching plates and silverware between appetizers and entrees and dessert.Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies)Explaining the food to guests as you deliver itBeing knowledgabale about the food in order to answer any questions the guest may haveMaintaining a calm and friendly attitude at all timesMust be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently; and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
