- Enthusiastically greets guests, manages wait times, and informs them about features and menu options.
- Supports team members by delivering food and beverages, pre-bussing, and assisting with takeout orders.
- Maintains cleanliness of the front area, answers phones, and addresses guest needs.
- Ensures guests receive friendly service, observes table status, and cleans tables as needed.
- Qualifications include being at least 16, with good communication skills, flexible schedule, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to varying temperatures and cleaning solutions.
