WE ARE LOOKING FOR PART-TIME and FULL-TIME SERVER ASSISTANTS Job Summary The Server Assistant supports the wait staff in delivering exceptional service to members and their guests. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, maintaining service stations, and assisting with overall dining room cleanliness and readiness. This role upholds The Oaks Club A.I.T.P.E. - Demonstrates willingness to learn food terms, wine varietals, liquors, and beers.

- Attends required staff meetings and training sessions.
- Completes all side work accurately and on time.
- Assists with training new busser staff.
- Checks out with a manager before leaving each shift.
- Follows proper chain of command.
- Assists servers proactively.
- Recognizes signs of intoxication and follows procedures.
- Provides efficient, proper service of all food and beverages.
- Completes/maintains Florida Certified Food Safety requirements.
- Learns and understands how to read PEOs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Position Duties - Fill service station bins with ice.
- Heat rolls and prepare butter dishes.
- Check table settings for accuracy and neatness.
- Clear plates, silverware, and glasses.
- Reset tables for next guests or shift.
- Deliver dirty dishes to the kitchen.
- Turn off/clean bread warmer.
- Assist servers with opening/closing duties.
- Other Duties as assigned
Physical Demands & Work Environment - Carry trays up to 30 lbs.
- Stand/walk for long periods.
- Move tables and chairs.
- Work indoors and outdoors, including heat and kitchen environments.
