As a Server Assistant/ Busser you will work alongside our servers to ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked. You will help create a seamless experience for our guests by providing outstanding service and supporting the front-of-house team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist servers by clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Ensure dining area is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Assist in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Stock and restock service stations with necessary supplies.
- Help with organizing and maintaining menus and condiments.
- Support servers and other team members in delivering great guest service.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
- Assist with light prep work and dishwashing as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift (35+ pounds) for extended periods.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
