About the Role:
Join Latuli Foods LLC as a Server Assistant and be part of an energetic team dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will support our servers and ensure a seamless flow of service in our vibrant restaurant environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly.
  • Help set up and clean dining areas before and after service.
  • Refill beverages and respond to guest requests efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas.
  • Support the team in maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
