• The Server Assistant will help our servers create memorable guest experiences in our brand-new lunch, dinner, and bar outlet, Ripple & Roots. This role is all about ensuring service is smooth by providing attentive support service to guests, maintaining a clear, clean, and properly set dining room, and communicating with the Ripple & Roots team. The right person will have great attention to detail, work well in teams, and have previous restaurant experience. If you enjoy working with people and being part of a fun, dynamic restaurant, we'd love to have you on board.

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and willingness to assist both guests and colleagues

Ability to anticipate guest and server needs

Ability to stand for long periods of time; ability lift/push/pull/carry a moderate amount of weight.

Valid TABC and Food Handler Certifications are required for this position
