Responsibilities include managing guest flow via the Table Management System (TMS), greeting guests, informing them of specials, handling guest concerns, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a clean environment.
Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, with no prior experience required, and demonstrating excellent guest service, communication, and organization skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Physical requirements involve standing or walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and tolerating temperature changes and frequent hand immersion.
