As a Busser/Server Assistant, you'll ensure tables are turned quicklyand the restaurant maintains top-notch cleanliness, supporting our servers and bartenders.
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.
- Collaborate with servers and bartenders, assisting with service flow and promptly addressing guest needs.
- Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, focusing on floor, table, and restroom upkeep.
- Show attention to detail, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Work quickly and efficiently to turn tables during peak dining times, accommodating new parties.
- Offer support during busy periods, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Previous experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are valued.
- Passion for providing exceptional service and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, turning tables promptly.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Evening shifts typically begin at 4:30 or 5:00.
