We are looking for Servers to join our team! Sea Monkey is a large, brand new space featuring dinner service Wednesday through Saturday, followed by a late night lounge atmosphere, and a brunch service on Sundays. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, and focus on small bites and sea food offerings. Candidates should have:-Open availability Wednesday through Saturday-Have previous high volume restaurant or club experience-Be committed to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space-Able to work independently and proactively
