We at Summit Grill are always looking for great people to help us deliver genuine hospitality. If you love serving people and know how to make “Raving Fans” of our guests… we want you to be on our team!
What you will do:
- Be a core team member in our high energy, bold concept, scratch restaurant
Be genuine and authentically yourself in how you connect with others – show your personality!
- Know the menu inside and out
Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
- Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
Create and nurture a fun, family-style work environment
What you need to have:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a current liquor license and Indiana Serving Certificate
- Pride, excellence and integrity in all you do
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- A desire to be a part of a vibrant team that believes in treating our team members and guests like family
A curious nature to keep learning and growing
- Serving experience preferred
