Server - Banquet Operations (On-Call)

Job Summary:

The Server - Banquet Operations is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during banquet functions. They work closely with their assigned team to ensure that guests' needs and requests are met, while adhering to Banquet and Breakers' standards. The Server - Banquet Operations also collaborates with supervisors and managers as necessary and maintains the cleanliness of front-of-house and back-of-house areas by completing assigned side work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct service to guests during banquet functions, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with assigned team members to efficiently handle guest needs and requests
• Follow up with supervisors and managers regarding any issues or concerns
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of front-of-house and back-of-house areas within the banquet department
• Complete assigned side work to ensure the overall cleanliness and readiness of the department
• Adhere to Banquet and Breakers' standards and protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a banquet server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask while providing exceptional service
• Knowledge of food and beverage service industry practices and standards is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
