Specific Responsibilities:
Maintain complete working knowledge of: a. Proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations b. All liquor brands, beers, and wines c. Resort offerings d. All company policies and procedures e. Safety practices
Set-up function rooms and spaces, including tables, linens, food and beverage stations, and other event components, according to the instructions on the Banquet Event Order and according to supervisors instructions.
Serve food and beverage in accordance with standards and in accordance with the instructions of supervisors and management.
Supporting room refreshes and cleaning as needed.
Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly.
Ensure appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards.
Ensure all event and work spaces remain organized, maintained, and visually appealing.
Breakdown function rooms and/or breaks at the conclusion of functions.
Maintain the cleanliness of all storage and work areas.
Additional support duties as assigned.
This is a part-time position working weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary between 4:30 am & 12:00 am.
