The Turning Point is an award-winning DAYTIME ONLY breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant! 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section
• Running food as needed to both bar and your teammates tables
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
• Manage designated side work for each shift
• Barista – make specialty beverages according to guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to carry or lift to 20 pounds

The first Turning Point restaurant opened its doors in 1998 in Little Silver, New Jersey. Customers often ask us why we are not open in the evening. Our answer is always the same; we serve the best breakfast, brunch, and lunch meals we know how from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. then we go home to our families. “Work to live, don’t live to work”. Our staff is committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction and we work hard to find the most friendly and motivated people that are enthusiastic about taking care of our valued guests.
