Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Server/Bartender role based at 311 Kitchen & Cocktails in Dallas, TX. The Server/Bartender is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. The role includes preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and responsible service practices, and maintaining a clean, organized bar and service area. Day-to-day tasks involve processing payments, checking identification as required, answering questions about menu items, and coordinating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service. The position also involves setting up and breaking down stations, restocking supplies, adhering to health and safety standards, and delivering a consistently positive guest experience.
