As a Bartender & Server at The Pub at Wisteria, you will help create a welcoming gathering place for Nemacolin associates and their families through attentive service, genuine hospitality, and a strong sense of community. Combining bartending and table service responsibilities, youll craft beverages, serve food, build meaningful connections, and help create an environment where associates can relax, recharge, and enjoy time together. What You Will Create
- A welcoming and memorable dining experience by building genuine connections with guests, anticipating needs, and delivering attentive, personalized service throughout each visit
- Confidence in food and beverage selections by developing knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, promotions, and venue activities while helping guests make informed choices
- Thoughtfully prepared beverages and accurately delivered meals by executing bartending and table service responsibilities with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- A polished, service-ready operation by maintaining organized workstations, clean dining and bar areas, stocked supplies, and readiness throughout each shift
- A collaborative team environment by assisting fellow bartenders and servers with food running, beverage delivery, guest service, side work, dining room maintenance, and operational needs
- A safe and responsible dining experience by following food safety standards, sanitation procedures, responsible alcohol service requirements, age-verification practices, and established operating procedures
- Accurate and accountable financial transactions through proper POS operation, cash handling, tip distribution, documentation, reporting, and cash-drop procedures
- Continuous improvement within the operation by communicating inventory needs, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and sharing observations that help strengthen the guest experience

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age, and have the ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
- Previous bartending, serving, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Pennsylvania RAMP Server/Seller Certification required or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions, along with the ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and follow established cash-handling procedures
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical requirements associated with restaurant and bar operations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late-night shifts as business needs require
