SUMMARY

Serve patrons with a friendly attitude and knowledge of Sister Lakes Brewing Company products by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet all guests quickly and politely
• Opening /closing duties and light cleaning
• Serve customers enthusiastically and respectfully
• Serve alcohol to customers responsibly, adhering to Federal and State requirement, training guidelines and company policies
• Take food and beverage orders promptly and enter orders into point-of-sale system
• Handle cash/collect payment from customers
• Maintains clean and organized work area, bar and serving areas
• Present menus to patrons, answer questions about menu items and make recommendations as appropriate
• Accurately describe all beers on tap, making recommendations when requested
• Provide the highest level of service in accordance with company standards
• Check customers identification and confirm legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Handle cash/collect money for food and drinks served
• Clean glassware, utensils and bar equipment
• Complete additional duties assigned as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a flexible schedule, nights and weekends are required
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment for prolonged periods of time
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Able to execute high-quality work with minimal supervision
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food and drinks
• Willingness to follow instruction and ask question for clarification when needed
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
