Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide attentive food and beverage service to hotel guests and visitors
- Recommend cocktails, wine, beer, and menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Handle guest payments accurately using POS systems
- Restock inventory and assist with opening/closing duties
- Deliver warm, professional, and personalized guest service
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, front desk, and hotel staff
Qualifications
- Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
