Server/Bartender

The Server/Bartender will support a dynamic bar and restaurant environment, delivering excellent customer service through order taking, drink mixing, and table service. This role includes responsibilities such as cash handling, maintaining cleanliness, and verifying IDs to ensure compliance and safety. The position involves working fixed shifts and occasionally supporting large events or private parties, with minimal involvement in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to bar and restaurant patrons
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and mix drinks according to standard recipes
• Handle cash and process payments securely
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service areas
• Deliver prompt table service to guests
• Verify customer IDs to comply with age restrictions
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Support occasional large events and private parties

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality
• Must be over 21 years of age
