Key Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and escort guests with a friendly and courteous attitude
• Provide enthusiastic menu recommendations and additional information
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Upsell additional products when appropriate to enhance guest experience
• Check IDs to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
• Communicate order details clearly to kitchen staff
• Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly
• Clear and maintain clean tables and tableware
• Ensure guests have a delightful and memorable dining experience

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is required
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and act quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible handling of money transactions
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Minimum education: High school diploma
