IHOP SERVERS:

• Provide friendly, wonderful customer service.
• Verifiable job history with a minimum of 6 consecutive months at the same job
• Offer helpful menu suggestions.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver prepared food and beverages to our guests.
• Deliver guest checks and collect payments.
• Maintain a welcoming and clean environment for our guests.
• Work together with other team members.
• Follow IHOP Standards
• Must be willing to work: DAYS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS
