About the Role:
Sidecar Slider Bar in Bloomfield Twp is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and dietary options
• Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and POS transactions
• Keep tables, service areas, and dining room clean and organized

Requirements:

• Previous serving or food service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic math skills and experience with POS systems is a plus
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays
• Must meet applicable age requirements for serving alcohol
