La Petite Maison is coming to Boston - and were building the floor team that will define the guest experience from day one.

As a Server at LPM, youll be the face of the table: guiding guests through our French-Mediterranean menu, recommending our signature dishes, and making sure every course lands at the right moment. This is hands-on, guest-facing hospitality - not just order-taking.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Guide guests through the LPM concept - sharing plates, our approach to product, our signature dishes

• Deliver attentive, warm, polished service from greeting to check

• Keep your tables running smoothly - timing, cleanliness, communication with the kitchen

• Build genuine guest relationships and represent the LPM spirit on the floor

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant

• Strong product knowledge instincts - or hunger to build it fast

• Confident, warm communicator who thrives under pressure

• Team player who takes pride in the details
