About the Role:
The Boulder Cork is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Server to join our front-of-house team in the heart of Boulder, CO. If you thrive in a fast-paced dining environment and love creating memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you!



Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized table service
• Present menus, answer questions, and make informed food and beverage recommendations
• Accurately take and relay food and drink orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
• Monitor and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience
• Process payments, handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table resets and side work
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

• Previous serving or front-of-house restaurant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume dining environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays comfortably
• Must meet Colorado minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
