Server- Bouquet Bistro

Responsibilities:

• Be attentive to guests once seated by Host/Hostess
• Inform guests of specials and recommendations
• Communicate with kitchen staff of and special cooking requests
• Deliver meals to guests
• Menu Knowledge with the ability to upsell
• Continuing education of menu and beer/liquor/wine program
• Ability to communicate with civility and respect with FOH and BOH staff
• Assist in greeting and seating guests upon arrival
• Pre-bus tables and assist in table reset
• Assist in cleaning and polishing of glassware

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to comfortably maneuver flights of stairs over long periods of time
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
• Does high-quality work while unsupervised
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment
• Restaurant experience a plus
• Weekend Availability
