Servers / Bussers
Job Location: San Rafael, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $23-$24.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 2pm-8pm (varies; some weekends required)
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Busser or Server? Our client is seeking friendly and dependable Servers/Bussers to join their dining team at a retirement community in San Rafael. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent service in a welcoming, resident focused environment. You will play an important part in ensuring residents and guest have a pleasant and comfortable dining experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and promptly
- Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support servers and kitchen staff as needed
- Provide attentive and courteous service to residents and guest
- Respond to guest needs and ensure overall satisfaction
- Assist with maintaining a smooth flow of service during meal periods

Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a server or busser preferred
