What Youll Do

As a Server, youll help create exceptional dining experiences throughout our community. Whether serving residents in our elegant dining room, welcoming guests to the Bistro, supporting special events, or delivering personalized service in Luminations (memory care), youll bring The Sterling Touch to every interaction.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver attentive, personalized service to residents and guests
• Create a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere
• Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and care
• Support multiple dining venues and special events
• Work alongside culinary and hospitality teams to ensure an exceptional experience
• Build meaningful relationships with residents while enhancing their daily lives

What You Bring

Were looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and service.

Preferred qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Previous serving or hospitality experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to read, write, and understand English in order to communicate effectively with residents, guests, supervisors, and team members
• Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms in order to use all kitchen equipment and utensils (e.g. knives, spoons spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.)
• This role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, and remaining active throughout the shift.
