The Copperfield is hiring Servers for our brand-new location opening inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an opening team and help create one of Chaska’s newest dining destinations. Guests will enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink. We’re looking for energetic, hospitality-driven team members who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and love creating memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver exceptional guest service from greeting to check presentation
• Build guest connections and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
• Learn the menu thoroughly and make food, beverage, and cocktail recommendations
• Accurately take orders and manage multiple tables in a high-volume environment
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
• Help create a positive team culture during our opening launch
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy restaurant setting
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Restaurant serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
