Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcoming guests, answering menu questions, making recommendations, and addressing complaints.
- Order Management: Taking, punching, and serving food and beverage orders accurately.
- Table Maintenance: Setting tables, removing, and clearing dishes (bussing).
- Safety & Sanitation: Following food safety standards and cleaning designated areas.
- Payments: Handling cash and electronic transactions securely.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous food service or hospitality experience is preferred but not always required.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and kitchen staff.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift trays.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS (point-of-sale)
