This position is focused on providing excellent food and beverage service to restaurant guests, ensuring timely and accurate orders according to brand standards.
- Deliver food and drinks, interact with guests, greet, answer questions, and make suggestions.
- Complete opening and closing duties, process payments, and relay orders to the kitchen.
- Serve alcohol in compliance with laws and company policies, clear and reset tables, and observe guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organize work area, explain electronic devices, and promote sales through suggestive selling.
- Accommodate guest needs and assist with various utility functions as directed.
Qualifications include: friendly demeanor, 18+ years old, prior server experience preferred, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.
Physical demands: standing, lifting, reaching, and mobility for up to four hours, with the ability to handle objects up to 25 pounds.
Work conditions: fast-paced environment with potential wet floors and loud noises. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
