What You'll Do
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine selections and craft cocktails that complement our Italian menu
Deliver attentive, personalized service during dinner shifts while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor
Guide guests through our menu with expertise and enthusiasm
Manage table flow, timing, and guest satisfaction with professionalism and care
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Maintain knowledge of our offerings and stay current with seasonal specials
What We're Looking For
Proven server experience in upscale dining establishments
Strong knowledge of wine varietals, Italian wines, and craft cocktails
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
