Server Requirements:
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
What you''ll do as a Server:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing menus and explaining specials or promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Enter orders into the POS system and relay to kitchen/bar staff as needed.
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Process guest payments, including cash and credit card transactions, accurately.
- Participate in continuous Food & Beverage trainings.
- Monitor guest consumption and behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Listen to customer preferences and make recommendations when asked.
- Ability to handle complaints calmly and respectfully, aiming to resolve issues.
- Balance out bar charge at end of night.
- Create a friendly, inclusive environment.
