Job Title: Server Location: Bricktown Brewery - 192nd & Western, Edmond, OK. Position: Part Time and Full Time Positions Available

Key Responsibilities:
Take Accurate Orders: Ensure precision when taking food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
Serve with Care: Deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to presentation and accuracy.
Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Anticipate guests’ needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
Maintain a Clean Environment: Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently, keep dining areas organized, and complete side work.
Process Payments: Handle transactions smoothly, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure smooth service.
Uphold Health & Safety Standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a server is a plus but not required - we’ll train the right person!
Customer-Focused: Friendly, professional, and skilled in communication.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods while carrying food and beverages.
Positive attitude and willingness to support your coworkers.
